If you are wanting to join your fiancee, I assume you will be applying for a fiancee visa. They are issued for a 6 month period solely for the purpose of you getting married in the UK.
The home office will not take into account whether you are in the process of being divorced, all they want want to see is the final decree absolute showing your are divorced and free to re-marry. As such, applying while you are going through the divorce process, even if it is at its final stage stand a fair chance in my opinion of the application being refused as you are not yet free to re-marry.
My advice would be to wait and get your final divorce papers from the courts and then apply afterwards submitting the documents.
