Then unfortunately the second link posted giving the requirements for a spouse visa under UK regulations applies to you. The EEA route (the first link) is for those who are a married to an EEA national, i.e not British.
Your wife will have to pass the pre-entry A1 English test and your earnings as her sponsor must be a minimum of £18,600 per year.
Unless you have savings over £16,000 to meet any shortfall which have been held in an account for 6 months, the £18,600 is mandatory.
