Hi all
I am planning to employ a worker who has a Spanish national and holds a Spanish passport. I wanted to check if we can employed EU nationals in our business.
Also, can you make an employee in your business work for 45 hours per week and another person for only 15 hours per week. Do you still fulfil the requirement for the correct number of employment hours as require day the UKBA for your business.
Please advise whether you think the above action is valid as per HO guidance or needs to be in a different way.
Also we got our initial application approval before 6 April 2014.
