Hello everyone,
My friend needs help and I would like to hear your view on this. She received her work permit last April (2006) and in the first two weeks, her employer paid her through a managed payroll company as HR was taking a while to do her paperwork and they wanted her to start immediately. She wants to apply for HSMP now as she is not very happy at work. Her claiming period is Nov06 to Oct 07. In her P60, it states the earning from previous employment as £1000 which is her 2 week's wage paid through a managed payroll company. It was a decision taken by her employer to pay her through that medium. Has she breached any immigration rules?
Please advise.
