Please ask your questions in your own topic instead of tagging onto someone else's who has been refused. It just creates too much confusion when people respond as is unfair to the OP.nadeem75 wrote:Hello zimba88,

Will be any problem or both reflect same information. In above sample NI no is missing. Please advice ?
Regards
I did make NI payment monthly for each of the 2 employee, my accountant says it is the FPS report that was quaterly but the payments were monthly. I am sure the payments were monthly, I am totally confused. Both my accountant and solicitor seem to be sure that AR will reverse the refusal. I honestly am confused, my solicitor says it is a ridiculous decision, my accountant says he has never heard of anything like this before!! I simply dont know. Zimba88 I have only recently registered but have been following the forum (ever since I applied 23/1/2017) and have always seen your advice to be valuable please give me your opinion.zimba88 wrote:Your FPS report must show individual tax/NI payments for each month to an employee.

Which software your account use. MY fps is for each month. Every month, account need submit to HMRC and then have a fps submission confirmation and the fps report.yorm wrote:I did make NI payment monthly for each of the 2 employee, my accountant says it is the FPS report that was quaterly but the payments were monthly. I have looked it again, no prior to april 2016 it is a very strange format, it shows the start date for employees and runs all the way to 5/4/ 2016 it shoes gross earning, shows total NI paid for the 5 months, also empeecontributions for the 5 monthsHIUK888888 wrote:Which software your account use. Did your FPS is monthly?
yes it is, i pay 1000 per month the submission report says start date 1/11/2015 end date 5/4/2016, it clearly shows the gross earning for each employee, total NI ...etc,zimba88 wrote:FPS submissions can be done only quarterly usually when pay less than £1,500 per month (while such salary payments are done monthly)
Is this the case with you ??
I have had the same accountant since I started and I really dont know how to insert an example of the different submissions, one is just the normal format month by month and the order is like three sheets of paper for each employee, the weird thing is that I employed another staff member nov 2016 who has completely been disregarded (no hrs calculated for him)seasky wrote:Yorm,
U have a curious case of them accepting part of your FPSs and not other. If you don't share the details of what changed (did you use different accountant or SW in the periods?) you won't get response.
130 hrs at min wage is below £1500..... (but not two employees unless apprentices)zimba88 wrote:FPS submissions can be done only quarterly usually when pay less than £1,500 per month (while such salary payments are done monthly)

It's better you take the picture for your previouse FPS format.yorm wrote:Zimbaa88, pls your opinion, is this an error on the case worker side? or is it a mistake on my side?
