But your husband isn't on a Tier 2 General visa is he?Sarashini wrote:Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I am wondering whether I could obtain any other type of visa instead family of a settled person visa to join my husband who is working in U.K and also a dual citizen in U.K. considering following facts.
My husband will stay in U.K. only during the period of contract for the employment even he has the dual citizenship.
Based on that I may require the Visa only until he stays in U.K.
Also I noted (however not directly applicable) that a person under tier 2 general visa can sponsor his dependents and based on the information I got the financial requirement is much less than family of a settled person visa (for past 90 days £ 2,205 in the bank account).
Will there be opportunity for me to apply any other type of Visa based on my husband's employment
Thank you
No.Sarashini wrote:Initial contract is one year from this April to next year April. May have the possibility to extend. I also want the Visa until such time.
Can't there be any oppotunity to sponsor me based on his employment for the period of his employment in U.K.
Thanks.
