what type of joke is this........website mentioned my decision has been made on 5th june and its 14th june now i have nt received any letter yet but another member here got his approval when he check his status on 8th june and got his letter by 12th june......i am waiting over than a week i dont know if its really decided or its a glitch on website tried (2 references OUR Ref which showed decided and then case ID decided).

Thanks for the reply, I applied on 10th March 2017, really anxious now, it's been more than 3 months, online check still showing "awaiting a decision".

You should count yourself lucky that you have a "Decided" online status. Many of us who applied around the same time still have an "Awaiting a Decision" status.

It looks as though since April there has been a considerable slow down in processing applications. The majority of people that applied in Jan/Feb got their approvals within 2-2.5 months time. Those that applied in March and later are looking at an additional delay of 3 or more weeks at least.

We just have to be patient I guess...

And update for today that I haven't received any letter

My husband's status says "Awaiting Decision" but mine says "Unknown number"! I never got an email either confirming my application had been received, but did get a letter with a case number and requesting biometrics. We applied the same date (4 April) at an NCS office. It's really bizarre!

Hi Glamgirl. I am in the same situation. We applied together on 4 of May. His status says "Awaiting a Decision", mine says "Numer not Recognised".

My application was for a family of three (three separate application forms), i.e. myself, spouse and child.
Acknowledgement letter received addressed to myself but it acknowledges receipt of documents for all three applications.
While checking on line status I entered the acknowledgement letter reference (our Ref on home office letter) and it shows Awaiting Decision.
From this I understand that the this reference pertains to all applications.
But when I enter my spouse and child ref numbers on the bio metric letter it states unrecognized. Surprisingly when I enter the ref no of my bio metric letter (which is different from the cover letter ref) it shows awaiting decision.
So am I right in understanding that that one ref no on the acknowledgement letter pertains to all three applications?????

Hello shanaz Ali I just want to let u know that I applied same as u with my wife and daughter but when I checked online just with mine case my id it's works but my wife and daughter case I'd not recognise so I think u don't need to worry .

Hi I applied with my wife and daughter on 08/02/17
but received a letter from home office dated 04/03/17 asking me to send my daughter photos but I send them when I applied
through ncs and I post photos on 11/03/17 and received biometric letter on 16/03/17 and done same day and last I checked my status online on 08/06/17 decided last update 04/06/17 and should received a letter within 10 working days
I received only citizenship ceremony letter and waiting for approval letter . Good luck to alll

Who got their HO invitation letter did they get their HO approval letter separately? Is it compulsory to get approval letter separate? I have received only HO invitation letter and done ceremony. Already applied passport also few days before. My wife got her passport same way. She never got her HO approval letter, only invitation letter..

I submitted the application on 22-May-17
Money Deducted on 02-Jun-2017
and got an email about the case Id. && there after nothing.

As i was expecting a BRP letter and its been nearly 15 days, i haven't got any letters..for BRP....
