My wife is a born british citizen and homeoffice refused my case that i should return back to my country and should apply for a spouse visa. Allhamdulilah, i had a very good lawyer who prepared my appeal and gave some strong insurmountable obstacles for my wife that she can't just get up and leave the country.

Salam brother, i think since you are a new member to this forum, you wont have access to private msgs. Also Moderator said we cant put our private contact info here. Is it possible if you could give a general suggestion on how to go about insurmountable obstacles in court. please see my points in previous comments.hussainmehboob wrote:Hi,

Thanks you so much for getting back to me on this. Please let us know once you receive your BRP , that will indicate an over all timeframe. Thankshussainmehboob wrote:Wasalaam,
Yeah, i don't have access to private messages. Sorry i won't be able to provide you with full details here but yeah, I had some strong points in my appeal and one of the point we stressed was with my wife's failed pregnancy, she had a recent miscarriage and how she's traumatised with the situation and how she can't just move to a country she doesn't belong. We also stressed on a argument how its a male dominated society and my wife being a professional chartered accountant won't be able to continue her career if she's asked to move along with me.
Also, my wife has got some upcoming hospital appointments to further assess her situation with failed pregnancy and her GP wrote a detailed letter about her situation and how distressed she can be if her husband has to leave United Kingdom even on a temporary basis.
If you look into FCO website https://www.gov.uk/guidance/reduce-your ... ile-abroad
explains the risk for a british citizen to travel, you can use this reference and provide other details by referring to news articles.
Congratulations on your visa following a successful appeal. Would you mind sharing your court case? It is going to be useful for me and perhaps a few other members. Our claim was a bit similar. Thank you.hussainmehboob wrote:Received Biometric Enrolment letter dated: 18/07/2017 and have been asked to go to the nearest post office within 15 Working Days.
