i have an other inquiry that im stateless that i dont have any nationality which i can get the partner route.CR001 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2017 7:16 pmIf you are not, and have not been since you got your visa, in a geniune and subsisting marriage (with evidence to prove it, i.e. living together and joint bills), then ILR will fail.
FLR(FP) Partner route is a 10 year route to ILR (4 x 2.5 year visas) before you will qualify for ILR. It is likely the only option you have now.
nothing at all only application form which the solicitor sent it from uk and marriage certificate and my husband's status. thats all
