seems like everyone can not see the date reference of the application but it's pointless we still have the timeline on the other post. we can still calculate the processing time.. I am giving up with checking online

My application was on 14th Febuary, 2017, biometrics done 2weeks after. My status was last updated 25th of June and is still saying 'awaiting decision'. Hopefully that will change soon because am worried sick. Its more than 8months & am Keeping my finger crossed. Thanks

are you able to see your status online with date reference? that's so long that I can't wait that much I don't know what I am gonna do to myself if I waited more than 3 month hope you will hear soon bro

do you people know anything about july applications deciding before june .

Hi,

I haven’t received decision letter even though status changed to decided on 11th Oct . I called UKVI after 10 days and they advised it was despatched on 18th Oct and wait another 10 days
I called council and they have my details but still need decision letter . It’s most likely that I will miss 21 days deadline of booking ceremony as I haven’t received decision letter . I called Ukvi again and they asked me to mail another mail address which has sla of 20 working days . What are my options ? Will council accept me for ceremony without the decision letter ? Thanks

How did you contact UKVI? I emailed Citizenship Support <Citizenship.Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk> yesterday.
Mine decision was on 17-oct but now like everyone's case date not showing anymore

My NCS service said it would be within 20 days from the date the council advise passport office s I suppose it depends how fast your council is. Mind you they also told me I would have my application approved within 3 months as so straight forward....

I have seen someone's recent timeline saying they received the passport 4 days after the ceremony. I guess it all depends on how efficient your local council is.

Don't worry this is normal. The site is a beta one and they make changes as they see fit. In this case they thought that by removing the Last Updated On field, people would forget how long this process is taking for them. Clearly they think we are a bunch of unintelligent people LOL

Hey guys.

This is just an observation of what I saw today.

Somebody I know recieved a confirmation letter saying that your application has been successfull, but on the online system its still showing as “awaiting decision”. I wouldnt rely too much on the “check your status online” business.

I find it amazing the thousands of applications monthly, where on earth is it all being stored? The physical storage area must be huge.

you sure you typed the ref no without zero?? etc.. 0214578 .214578... if so with you get approval soon..I gave up checking online
