You guys will surely get it at 50 points this month. Not to worry. Expect a reply today or tomorrow. Please post on the group as soon as you get to know anything. Thank you, and best of luck!UKTier2June2018 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 1:58 amI am in the same bucket with you man - hope we both can get itnishant94goel wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 9:47 pmWaiting at 50 points & 51k salary (Lead software developer). Didn't heared anything from Home office.
Can anyone please tell me, after how much time can employer assign Cos if application approved by HO
You cannot assume that in any way. Even if it is being considered for next month, it will still show "pending status".
Absolutely agree with you on the point about 45 getting through this month, but can you explain why you think even if they exempt SOL, things are not going to get better? In my humble opinion, removing SOL from visa cap will be a great great move for people waiting below 46 points who have been stuck since december.krimurthy wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 6:21 pmThis month could be great for people with 45 points because the RLMT platform has been changed from UJM to Find a job, so companies take time to go live with thier process I don't see approvals for points below than that am sorry to disappoint you with my assessment.
There will be some change in tier 2 visa system we need to see whether they gonna help only doctors or they help business as well, having said that even they exempt all SOL jobs still we need to wait couple of months for 45 to go through. Long wait ahead embrace yourselves. Am used to it from past 6 months.
Once CoS application is approved by the Home Office, the employer can immediately assign the CoS to someone. The employer needs to assign a CoS within 3 months of it being approved, otherwise it will lapse. Once the CoS is approved, it is immediately reflected on the Online System of the employer, following which the employer can IMMEDIATELY assign the CoS. Hope this answers your query. Dont forget to post here once you get your approval! Wishing you all the luck!nishant94goel wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 9:47 pmWaiting at 50 points & 51k salary (Lead software developer). Hahaha, seems like its your first time. Its my sincere request to not constantly post on this platform whenever you are feeling bouts of anxiety. This is not a forum to give mood updates to everyone involved. People have been waiting for 6 months with points as low as 30. While I understand your anxiety, please be conscious of the fact that you are in a much better position than others. You have 50 points, if not in this month , you will get though next month. Though I think you will surely get it this month. But please don't constantly increase stress levels here.UKTier2June2018 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 11, 2018 12:14 pmStill waiting anxiously from my employer ... Anyone knows when the meeting will be done?
Are you an applicant as well? Have you received yours? Thanks.optimist08 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 4:25 amIt seems likely that the CoS will be granted till 40 points this month. Factors such as approval on first day of 60 points, as well as chances of fewer applications this month.
For people waiting at 30 points, don't be disheartened, if all goes well and shortage occupation list is exempted from the tier 2 visa cap by the end of june (as expected and hinted by the UK government), 30 points should sail through in July. Dont worry.
Hi, yes I am an applicant with 44 points. Haven't received approval or rejection till now. As mentioned earlier, this process takes time, it will not be until a few working days that the position will be clear. Please don't expect the CoS to be approved or rejected on the 11th ITSELF!!!!UKTier2June2018 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 4:43 amAre you an applicant as well? Have you received yours? Hi, maticskhadka ,maticskhadka wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 2:54 amGuys is there anyone with 30 points and still not loosing hope like me ? LOL
My understanding is that your employer can re-apply as long as your RLMT remains validSachu wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 5:38 amHi, maticskhadka ,maticskhadka wrote: ↑Tue Jun 12, 2018 2:54 amGuys is there anyone with 30 points and still not loosing hope like me ? LOL
I am having 32 points and is in a very similar situation to yours. My only hope is that my employer is a government body and they had given me reassurance that they will keep applying until I get the COS. But I wonder if there is any limit for applying COS ?? Hopefully, things will get better.
Thanks
