Hi Guys,
Need all your help on the documents required to fulfill the accommodation requirements.
I'm applying for a spouse visa for my wife.
I'm a British and my wife is an Indian.
I and two of my friend together rented the five-bedroom property which includes two reception room, one study room, one utility area, one Spam and two bathrooms with the toilet from an estate agency.
Now to fulfill the accommodation requirements I have the following documents:
1. I have a letter from an estate agent stating that there are currently four people living at this address and more than adequate space to accommodate the fifth person. Also, be notified not to break the overcrowding housing act.
2. Tenancy agreement includes names of all the four-person currently living at this property.
I'm confused about whether it should be an issue?? since the estate agent said" he has rented it to a group of family members and there is no need of HMO (House of multiple occupancies) licenses for this"
Also, do I have to submit the housing inspection report??
