well it be OK to say in the additional information section that my daughter occasionally stays with me overnight?
Preferably don't if she just visit and then leave.

Do I have to count living room as a room? if yes then what I have to say in number of bed room one or two?
Usually one bedroom flat contains one bedroom and one living room which can be counted as room, so just mention 2 rooms.

Silly question!
I met my wife in February 2018 in person but was not in relationship then. At the time , I was separated with my ex-wife and subsequently divorced in July 2018. Because I met my wife in February before the divorce will not cause any issue? I married with my wife after divorcing my ex-wife.

No affect because only the thing matter is whether you were free to marry (officially divorced), which in your case yes you were. But if you met your partner in February 2018 then HO more likely will like to see regular contact with her as part of subsisting relationship.

I am preparing and collecting documents for the Spouse via. I read that all documents must be no older 28 days. I am requesting bank statements to cover the last six month and confused that they will be older than 28 days as they are going back all the way to May 2018? Can I request them now as planning to apply in December 2018? Which documents are subject to 28 days limitation? Same apply to my payslips as they are original and will be covering the last six months?

It's only the most recent bank statement/ pay slip/employer's letter that need to be no older than 28 days.

That's why I am confused!
I am required to provide statements and payslips to cover the last six months will be indeed older than 28 days. Do you mean that my last payslip and statement should be within the last 28 days.

Thank you.
Do I have to certify original bank statements, original payslip from the bank and employer?
Do I have to send my original British passport with the application pack or certify copies of the photo page will be sufficient?

Original documents don't need to be certified. If your payslips are online printed payslips, they need to be stamped/signed by employer.

Copies are fine.

Hi All,
I am earning about £25K per year and pay all my bills but do not have any saving. Some times I have to use my overdrafts facility. Will this be an issue ?
Thank you

Also, Once I complete online form and signed by applicant. Do I have limited time in which I and my spouse have to sent all documents to the Sheffield? if yes, how many days are they ? Does the time starts from the time I print the application form or when my spouse attend bio-metric appointment and pay the fee in Islamabad?

My wife has registered our Nikahnama and acquired NADRA marriage certificate. I noticed in the nationality section for myself it says Pakistani. The fact is I am dual National, will this be an issue by not saying Pakistani/British?

Your an NRA Pakistani so obviously you will not be present in Pakistan all the time, so when the actual NADRA got issued in Pakistan which is usually way after a marriage has taken place, ECO will know you cannot be expected to be present in Pakistan at that time..
Calm down rashimart2000 relax a little. You are needlessly overthinking and over worrying.

Dear Londoner007,
I appreciate your time and help though.
I will look forward if you can share solid reasons for refusal that will benefit us all. I am trying not to give them any chance for refusal, hence why I am careful( you call it panick!)
