Hi All,

I am working with current employer since February 2018, and now offered another role in another organisation. I might leave my current job and may will join new company straight after serving notice period with current employer. It means , I will have no gap between two jobs and in new job my income will be above 34 K. Do I have work for six months before I sponsor my spouse? If not then do I have to provide payslip from my current employer and new one to cover up six months? do i have to provide letter from both employer confirming my wages and confirming my payslips being genuine?

Then you can apply under category B where you would have to attach 12 months of bank statements and 12 months of payslips which can include the recent & previous employer payslips.

Under category B you won't have to wait 6 months with present employer rather have to show 12 months of payslips from all previously held jobs in last 12 months. For example if you are applying spouse visa in the first month since joining new employer then 1 month payslip from present job and 11 months payslips from previous jobs.

My wife just passed A1 test in Pakistan and received her letter today .

Initially she was asked to take test on 27/12/2018 but later on it was changed to 28/12/2018. She took the test on 28/12 but the certificate shows a test date of 27/12. Will this cause an issue? do we need to clarify this before I submit an application?

Do to change in my circumstances, My daughter (11 years old) decided to live with me in my one bed room flat with adequate living room. I changed child benefits to my name and thinking to apply for child tax credit. Will this be an issue when I will sponsor my wife to come and join me in the UK?

No, but once your wife is living with you the CTC should be claimed in joint names. Continue to claim CB in your name only.
