There is no thing like “ILR dependent”. What is your visa cetegory atm? Are you a PBS dependent?Pm30 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 28, 2019 1:04 pmHi my husband currently has an ILR and i have an ILR dependent. I am due for applying for my ILR in june. My husband is due for his citizenship is march. If he gets his citizenship in march do I need to again change my visa from ILR dependent to citizenship dependent that time in march?
Just complete your 5 years on PBS dependent route. Do NOT change your route otherwise your ILR clock will set to zero.
No you just carry on your PBS dependent visa. Dont change the route as your ILR clock will set to zero and you will need another 5 years to qualify for ILR.Pm30 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 28, 2019 1:31 pmHi thank you. mine is PBS dependent and my husband currently has ILR. Before that he had Tier 2 work permit for 5 years. I am also due for ILR in june. But my husband is going to apply for his citizenship in march. No your PBS dependent visa is valid till March 2021 and you qualify for ILR in June 2019.
