Legally the 'card' must be issued within 6 months but this and other fora are full with complaints that it takes longer, in some cases much longer. The problem is that some (many) employers and job agencies are afraid of illegaly employing people and thus want to see the passports with the visa.pablomeyer wrote:Thanks a lot, how long does the application for the residence card take?
