Accomodation Proof for Spouse Visa Documentation!!

Good Afternoon All,

Could someone please assist or provide me a guidance on how to show accomodation proof to invite my wife and kids to UK.

I'm a british citizen currently renting a double room in a family home and my wife & kids are in the process of applying for family visa (spouse) from Indonesia and would need some guidance how could I show accomodation proof in this scenario.

Note : One of my friend is willing to rent his two bed room apartment from december 2019, if you could let me know documentation required then it would be helpful.

Friend's noc letter, land registry/title deed, mortgage statement, council tax (optional)

Thank you for your prompt response - much appreciated.

Could you please advise if there is a set format or a sample of the NOC letter so that I can liaise with my friend to get the ball rolling before we submit the spouse visa application.

Just to let you know I currently live in a 6-bed house and rent one double room however there is another double room which is vacant, if my friend change his mind in due course due to unfavourable circumstances, is there any document I could ask my present landlord to provide as a supporting evidence in my case ?

Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

There is no set format for noc but it can be written in your own words where the owner/landlord need to pacifically give permission to UK sponsor to live with his family once they get their visas. For present accomodation you will need the tenancy agreement, noc letter and house inspection report.

This is what we used for our application:

Dear Entry Clearance Officer, UKVI

We, LANDLORD 1 and LANDLORD 2, can confirm that we are the landlords and owners of the XXX bedroom(s) FLAT/HOUSE located at the aforementioned address.

We can confirm there is/are XX bedroom(s), a Spam, living room and a bathroom at this address.

We can confirm that SPONSOR has lived at the property since DATE as per the attached AST agreement. Further, we have no objection to his fiancé, APPLICANT, moving into the property once he has successfully completed the visa application process and has provided us with the relevant visa documentation from the UKVI / Home Office showing that he has the right to rent.

TENANT is currently the only resident at this address and there is more than adequate space for a second person. Note that with this additional lodger, they will not break the Housing Overcrowding Act.

Of course, para.4 needs to be amended to suit your circumstances and detail the other residents (if in HMO).

Do also note that if the property is owned by one/more, you will required a signature from each on the NOC.
