UKVCAS appointments - same day?

On the gov.uk website (https://www.gov.uk/ukvcas), it says regarding appointments for providing biometric information to UKVCAS:

You can pay extra for:
* out of hours or weekend appointments
* next day or same day appointments if your application is urgent

I am logged in to my UKVCAS account, and under appointments I don't see appointments anywhere in the next two weeks. I do see options concierge, business and VIP, but according to the UKVCAS support line I rang, these options will not get me appointments any sooner, nor are there other ways to get these same day appointments.

Can anyone explain the discrepancy? Perhaps the support line didn't know what she was talking about?
