I am logged in to my UKVCAS account, and under appointments I don't see appointments anywhere in the next two weeks. I do see options concierge, business and VIP, but according to the UKVCAS support line I rang, these options will not get me appointments any sooner, nor are there other ways to get these same day appointments.You can pay extra for:
* out of hours or weekend appointments
* next day or same day appointments if your application is urgent
Can anyone explain the discrepancy? Perhaps the support line didn't know what she was talking about?
