If your husband earns above the financial requirements and has tendered this and other corroborating documents to support, there is no need to present yours and confuse CW.smi wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2023 10:05 pmI have completed my husbands FLR (M) application and used his income as proof of earning over £16800 I hope its 18,600 you mean. I asked my workplace for a letter but they took over 2 weeks so I had already submitted the form with only his income now mentioning mine. I have now received a letter from work with my income details. Could I add this to additional documents or reasons why I can’t leave England on the documents uploads before the biometrics or would it be best to leave it out completely. For reference I work as a teacher, which is meantioned in his application and my income is more than the threshold.
Thank you. Is it ok to use my husbands salary even though he is the applicant for the visa?AmazonianX wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2023 11:45 pmIf your husband earns above the financial requirements and has tendered this and other corroborating documents to support, there is no need to present yours and confuse CW.smi wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2023 10:05 pmI have completed my husbands FLR (M) application and used his income as proof of earning over £16800 I hope its 18,600 you mean. Thank you very much. As I am not providing financial data and only our joint statements does that mean I don’t need to sign part 3 of the declaration?
