FLR (M) documents

Post by smi » Tue Sep 26, 2023 10:05 pm

I have completed my husbands FLR (M) application and used his income as proof of earning over £16800. I asked my workplace for a letter but they took over 2 weeks so I had already submitted the form with only his income now mentioning mine. I have now received a letter from work with my income details. Could I add this to additional documents or reasons why I can’t leave England on the documents uploads before the biometrics or would it be best to leave it out completely. For reference I work as a teacher, which is meantioned in his application and my income is more than the threshold.

If your husband earns above the financial requirements and has tendered this and other corroborating documents to support, there is no need to present yours and confuse CW.

Thank you. Is it ok to use my husbands salary even though he is the applicant for the visa?

Yes, nothing wrong with that. It's actually the ideal hassle free way.

Thank you very much. As I am not providing financial data and only our joint statements does that mean I don’t need to sign part 3 of the declaration?

Even I'd you are providing, Part 3 is not for you to sign, write Not Applicable.
