I received an email saying I need to pay IHS top-up but I paid full amount when I applied.

I clicked the link in the email but it shows that I still need to pay full amount.

What to do I only have 5 working days to reply.

I received the IHS receipt on 6 Feb 03.05am

Indicating you paid very close to 12am and fell into the trap of trying to beat the system that many unfortunately do. Your application date is then likely considered the 6th February, after the increase came into effect.

You don't really have any option but to pay to be honest.

I have to wonder why you left it so late especially when you have been asking about the spouse visa since August 2022.
