Have you not been refused because you do not have a genuine PgDiploma? Bearing in mind the BBC expose about diplomas for sale:Institution
An applicant can claim 20 points if he/57. she has undertaken a period of study for the eligible qualification at an institution that:
• is a United Kingdom recognised or United Kingdom listed body; or
• is a Scottish publicly funded institution of further or higher education, or at a Scottish bona fide private education institution which maintains satisfactory records of enrolment and attendance; or
• holds a sponsor licence under Tier 4 of the points based system (once implemented).
Where the institution studied at is removed from one of the relevant lists, any award completed after this date will not be eligible for an award of points and the evidence will be discounted.
You will not get a right of appeal if you still have leave left, is that the case?The applicant has been awarded:
a United Kingdom recognised bachelor’s or postgraduate degree; a)
a United Kingdom postgraduate certificate or diploma;

Did you study there? If so perhaps you can answer my question that I have asked loads of people & no one has answered! How many were in your class?![]()

I am open to the idea that there were genuine students, I am just curious about how many there were, if any. Any genuine students can PM me if they like. I will say this much, no one has answered the question so far!
Unfortunately for any genuine ex students, they won't be able to use this internally awarded certificate for Tier 1 general, CCL just isn't in the list. I doubt many reputable employers would be that impressed with it, nor any universities. It is a pretty tarnished piece of paper now in any case.
CCL have never offered a recognised or accredited post graduate diploma, but that will be between the appellants, the Judges and the immigration rules, and is a different topic altogether.
And the question about if the reporter wants to study for their PgDip could have refered to study at a different college in on the scam in any case.
I hope you get the result of your appeal that you deserve, if you deserve to win it I hope you win, if not I say no more.
All the best.
