You can maintain separate Bank account of you and your fiancee and use it for maintenance funds. Why you want to open Joint Account?kashiflm wrote:Hi Guys
I planning to apply for Tier1 in about three months from now. Is it OK if I open a new Joint Bank Account with me and my Fiancee included now, to be an asset to prove our relation. Would 2 months of Joint Bank account would be accepteable to the immigration officer for a dependent Tier 1 visa?
I doubt that prospect marriage plans are considered for dependents. You cannot do that.I also have pictures, letters, phone bills, my own bank statements showing credit more than the required (£2800+£1600) and a wedding Invitation showing prospect marriage plans.
Thanks

My wish is to get married in UK even though I and my fiancee are Indian nationals. If the visa is granted can we get into UK without getting m arried, or we need to get married prior to moving to UK ?
I am going to submitt both main and the dependent Tier 1 application from USA.
Some one please help me find an answer.
