If you meet all the criteria it will be successful. Make sure your gf gets a letter proving that she is attending her uni/college regularly (they want to see this). Otherwise just follow the form.shekel wrote:My GF is on tier4 visa in the uk. I was wondering if anyone has an experience of switching from tier4 to unmarried partner visa, and if anyone can advise on the procedure/success chances.

Yes there is a list. There's a checklist at the end of the form for you to check off and make sure you have included the proper documents. Please read carefully as there are no tricks, it's very straight forward.shekel wrote:Yeah I know that. No criteria there though.
