Actually I started to maintain funds in LLoyds tsb initially but soon I realized that by the time time I would travel to back home my third month bank statement wouldn't be in my hand ( my bank statement comes on 20th and I had to fly five days before that). So I started to maintain funds back home.mulderpf wrote:What was the purpose of providing the Lloyds TSB bank statement? This is probably what caused the confusion. Just appeal, don't reapply. You are within the rules and will not be submitting any new evidence...
AJK bank is a state owned bank. http://bankajk.com/results.phppAryan2013 wrote:AJK bank? There is a chance that UKBA may not consider it as a bank.
I first considered 'administrator review' but they refused to consider under that as according to home office thats only for the main applicant.nareshkumark wrote:HOVictim, what is your update? what have you done?
I am in the same situation...I had provided Lloyds statement along with my payslips (to show that the salary amount is being deposited in my account) and showed ICICI bank statement for funds maintenance. This was also clearly mentioned in the cover letter, but unfortunately, ECO overlooked and considered LLoyds statement and rejected my application station insufficient funds..
I did paper one in mid of July 2011 and they have replied me last week on 08/09/2011 to submit the passport again.nareshkumark wrote:So, how did you file the appeal? paper or oral? if paper, which center did you file?
