This is not a straightforward application so make sure you have ticked all the boxes before you leave to submit the application. It requires a lot of precise (sometimes, but not always, court ordered) paperwork relevant to the contact with the child. You also have to show that you can maintain and accommodate yourself. Getting advice from a lawyer would be highly recommended. You will be permitted to work freely.
