How can u have an initial application letter dated: 08 Dec 2011 which is in the future?dimension7 wrote:Hi,
I'm looking at the Tier 1 Gen extension form and there is a box for past HO ref numbers and a PBS migrant ref number.
I have a T1 initial application letter (08-dec-2011) but it does not mention anything about a PBS migrant reference number?
Is this number "required" if I say my English language and qualifications are same as the initial application so no further proof is being submitted?
How can you be a Tier 1 (General) migrant when you claim:dimension7 wrote:I have a T1 initial application letter (08-dec-2011

How are you due for Tier 1 (General) extension and also due for settlement as a Tier 2 migrant at the same time?dimension7 wrote:I am going to complete 5 years at the end of this month and will be applying for ILR. I have been under Tier2 (general) with same employer.
Not true you could be trying to help a friend who is not that tech savvy.Posting for a 'friend' usually means 'I am scared UKBA is monitoring this forum and somehow it is bad if they come to know I am seeking help here'
