Thanks but in 4-6 weeks normally biometric letter arrivesraxs1983 wrote:from your post, it appears that your application was very recently filed. It takes 4-6 weeks but could be sooner or longer than that depending on your case. AND There is absolutely nothing you can do to accelerate that EXCEPT TO Withdraw your application.
No as far as I know, biometric arrives soon as they are satisfied that you have filled in the correct form, payment gone through etc etc.Jeff-2012 wrote:Thanks but in 4-6 weeks normally biometric letter arrivesraxs1983 wrote:from your post, it appears that your application was very recently filed. according to your other thread your leave expires on 1st March - unless you can make a PEO appt for on or before that date, and get your documents back in time to apply by that date, withdrawing your application is absolutely not the way to go forward. It would be unlikely that you would get the documents back in time.Jeff-2012 wrote:Thanks but in 4-6 weeks normally biometric letter arrivesraxs1983 wrote:from your post, it appears that your application was very recently filed. you are highly unlikely to get an appointment for the PEO in this timescale, and even if you could, they can take a couple of weeks to send back your documents AND you will lose the fee as already pointed out. It is too late now - you need to stick with the postal application.Jeff-2012 wrote:Thanks..I have sent return special delivery envolop along with application. they have also debited 2K (myself + 2 dependand fees). how to get PEO oppointment fast track..? if i withdraw will i get my money back?how long withdraw process can take?
