Hi, Londener, I have no idea, when will you apply?londener wrote:Dear all,
I almost have been able to sort out my criminality threshold as per the change on 13th Dec. 2012.
Now I have my PNC check with me.
It says disposal NFA-no Further Action.
Fellows, does this offence fall under the ground of refusal for ILR Tier-1 ,according to the statement changes in Dec. 2012.
I mean does this NFA also falls under the period of 24 months ?
Thank you for your advise and sharing.

My understanding is that he was cautioned.D4109125 wrote: Were you convicted or cautioned of any offence if so what offence?
Since the rules change of 13 December 2012, an application for settlement will be refused where the applicant has within the 24 months preceding the date of the application, been convicted of or admitted to an offence and received a non-custodial sentence or other out of court disposal recorded on their criminal record. This includes a police caution. But as the OP is not answering the questions it's impossible to tell what happened.alanwong wrote:My understanding is that he was cautioned.D4109125 wrote: Were you convicted or cautioned of any offence if so what offence?
I think he still has a high chance of getting ILR according to others' experience. Unless the practice is changed after 6th April.
Indeed, NFA means no action taken by the police thus no offence.londener wrote:Sorted !
NFA means nothing to worry about as per solicitors .Thank you everyone here .
