If there are more chances of your application getting delayed anyways then why take the chance and cause unnecessay problems for yourself.MrsKanna wrote:Hi,
But I have this job only for 2 months now.
This is a permanent job with a constant income.I read somewhere that the spouse visa wouldn't be a problem if the income is constant.
Waiting for another 3 months would be painful. The main reason being another 3 monhts would mean October and as everyone knows the job market in UK would be in a sleep mode in November December..I do not want my husband to come here and land in the deadlock situation.
Moderators...Senior members...Please advise..IS 6 months payslip mandatory...
It all depends on the ECO who will be looking at the OP's case.simar wrote:Comeon 6 months ?. My wife & KID got VISA(hsmp dependent) with me showing 1 month salary slip on permanent job. rental agreement of 2 bed room terrace house was shown as I have one kid. In your case even studio flat is fine as you will be living as couple with no kids
