but is it legally allow to fly?
if the company sends you back to work in home country and informs UKVI that they no longer sponsor you for working in the UK then your visa will lapse. The airline may allow you to fly but border control will not allow you to enter. If the company sends you on an overseas assignment and merely informs UKVI of the temporary change of workplace then your visa remains valid and you can return to the UK.
Note that since your initial visa was issued under the rules after 5 April 2010 your time on T2 ICT doesn't count for ILR
