We're just about ready to submit our application, and frankly I'm terrified

Our circumstances:
I'm a british citizen, my wife is Israeli. We're living in Israel, have been married for two years, and are together for 6.5 years.
Our documents:
English Language: IELTS Life Skills A1
Accommodation: We'll be staying with my sister. We have:
* A letter from her
* A property inspection report
* A mortgage statement.
Relationship
* Marriage certificate from Cyprus (where we got married in a civil ceremony, which isn't done in Israel but is recognised)
* Photos from our wedding and other photos with friends and family
* Joint bank account ownership confirmation to show shared finances
Financial Requirement
We're relying on cash savings, they come from my employment, as well as a gift from her parents.
* Bank statements showing the money in our possession for the past 6 months
* Letter from her parents confirming the gift
* Statement from their bank going back 6 months before the transfer, up until the transfer itself
* Letter of employment confirmation by my employer, specifying the monthly salary. No payslips.
* Letter of employment by her employer. No payslips and it doesn't specify the salary.
The reason it's not trivial for us to supply payslips is because they'll be in Hebrew, and translating them will be very expensive.
Did we miss anything? Is there anything else we should include on our application to make sure we're 100%?
