It is not possible to get 20kb file photo with good quality. I would not upload rather you can fix the picture on the application print out. I did that for my postal application.

OCI fees including minor

Hi,

I paid £175 for one adult and minor inclusive although just realised I should have paid 175 x 2 = £350.

It has been nearly 2 weeks since I posted my application to london address. Any advice? Someone with similar experience? Should I resend asap or wait for response from OCI london?

Thanks

Thanks

I have enclosed only my current passport with ILR visa. Under the assumption, ILR prove 5yrs in the UK and from that date to 1 yr, I have more than 6yrs of residence in the UK.

Thanks for your reply. As I said, the new passport has only the ILR stamp. The workpermit visa's are within the old passport. I am confused if I should send it or wait till they ask for that document. Just that I don't want them to reject based on non-availability of document.

You can write along the lines in page 13, 'Passed LIUK test to qualify for settlement. Please refer to ILR visa page within the passport'. Personally I think that as evidence.

You would just need to re-word a bit.. otherwise the letter looks perfect!

It is the date from which you are claiming your 5years @ UK which clarifies that on the day your Tier 1 stamp!

Hi Suraj2012. I am in a similar situation as you are. Can you confirm if you had gone through the ILR process for your wife with less than 2years in the UK?

Appreciate your response. But this is in contrast to what FAQ responses from xyz123 says????

So, please can someone who has experienced the similar situation prove this requirement for cohabitation?

Thanks for your reply.

But you have mentioned about 'tier 2' dependents.

I am under Old work permit system (pre-PBS). So, does this rule apply in that case?

Thanks for your reply.

I believe, when I appeal I can provide the copy of birth certificate. So, will that solve the issue or re-apply is the only solution?

I don't expect to have a hearing for a missing document situation. So would the appeal by any quicker :? ??
